monday i walked 1 30 min
tuesday same
Wednesday i went to the gym for 45 min heavy
Friday ill be walking alot and standing in line
and Saturday walking alot and little running
so today should i chill or walk
1.I never eat breakfast!!
2. I just eat a sandwich for luch because I go to school
3. for dinner I usually eat stuff like soup, rice, with like juice or water or tea HEALTHY STUFF
4. I have P.E every single day at school. We run 5 laps a day (400 mt a lap) we do stuff like foorball, basketball...
