My Workout Routine: My weights is around 35-45% below my max
Mondays-Wednesdays-Thursdays: I do two exersizes then rest.
Bench Press 20 reps
Pushups 15 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds
Repeat that same routine 4 more times
Barbell Curls 20 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds
Then repeat it 4 more times...
