i normally wear liquid. why/ why not is this safe? people say it flakes off and gets under contacts, but isnt that the same as not wearing contacts? why/ why not is this safe?

Ok so is it really a bad thing to put eyeliner in the rim of ur lower lid? you know...its iinside your eyelashes...now is that really a bad thing for your eyes?

I have just started to wear liquid eyeliner and i cant seem to get it right to the base of the eyelash as my eyelashes get in the way, what can i do to get it to meet so i don't get a gap. thanks

Well i have gotten a couple of answers and i tried a couple colors but they didn't look good on me have any other colors?
