...the battery? i dont think its the alternator but if it is thats an easy fix and im pretty sure its not the battery have replaced twice. could it be the regulator or the solenoid or the wiring from alternator to battery?
For a 1948 Ford F1 that is going to make around 500hp, what rear end is ideal?
All you ever hear about is the "invincible" Ford 9" rear and the 8.8", but those were in a lot of light duty vehicles... Why doesn't anyone ever seem to suggest the rear end from a F250 or F350?

I just replaced the battery, battery cables, alternator, starter, and the solenoid looks brand new. It doesn't click at all. When you try to start it, absolutely nothing happens. My dad said it is probably the ignition switch, but he's not a mechanic. I don't know what it could be. Any ideas?

i have a 1963 ford f100 and i need to set the valves i think. well the motor has never been rebuilt. actully the head has never been pulled. one of the valves is "tapping". How do i set the valves. ive only set valves on a OHV Briggs and Stratton. it is a 223 inline six.

I turn the turn signal and it shows in the rear but doesn't flash just stays solid on both directions. but in the front it does not indicate in either direction..no illumination at all. Could this have anything to do with the horn not working. Oh yea....when i turn on the hazard lights the flash...
