    What's the best pixel fixer program for a stuck pixel?

    I recently got a new TFT monitor and it has one stuck pixel.I tapped the screen and it unstuck,but when I restart the pc later it is stuck again. Odd thing is when I boot to Windows 7 I can't get it unstuck. When I boot to Windows XP I can tap it and it unsticks. Windows 7 has a WDDM video...
