    Is there a way to get the Flameing - Recon Armor?

    Ive been hearing rumors that if you unlock all the Vid Master achievements on Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST then you have to contact bungie.net in order to get the FLAMEING RECON ARMOR is this true.
