I assume Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Ussop are Japanese because they are from "East Blue".
However Sanji is a Blondie and is from "West Blue". Could this possibly mean that he is white?
Nico Robin is also from "West Blue" I think she is Hispanic because of her tanned skin (I know not all...
