    Toyota Echo 1.5L 2004: Do I have Low / High freon pressure?

    * Toyota Echo 1.5L '04 * compressor on/ engaged * elect fan run @ low speed, * but rpm stay the same when the compressor disengage. Is it normal or is it the sign of having receiver dryer blocked? Or sign of something else?
