It has 8 cylinders and I would like to get it tuned up, but need to know the engine size, can anyone help?

Why do some of them say Eddie Bauer, King's Ranch or Harley Davidson? Like right next to the ford logo, usually on the side or the back of the car. Why is that? is it just a model or something? thanks.
