gadget or toy

    Can you go to a foreign country, buy a gadget/toy that is unavailable in the

    states, but illegal to export out? of the country, and mail it to your house to get past the customs. I'm talking about Japan in particular and video game consoles, will they scan them or should i be able to get away with it?
