I'm getting an error saying my account is locked, banned, suspended, or under review when i try to log into the remote guild chat and I'm not sure why this is popping up.

I want to buy it for my cousin, who used to play it when we were kids. You can pick your character man/women and then you go around a old town (underground i think). I specifically remember killing a lot of rats? I'm not sure. any help would be great! Thanks

I've had the game for 8 months, and still don't know how. I have all 3 campaigns, plus the expansion. Can somebody tell me what I have to do? Do I have to do a mission chain? Do I have to walk? Can somebody please tell me? Also, my latest mission in Prophecies I haven't done yet is Aurora Glades.

I purchased the guild wars trilogy which includes prophecies, factions, and nightfall. I am at the part of the game where I am reaching ascension in the crystal desert. I have no idea how to find or unlock factions or nightfall. Can somebody please help me.
