I've been trying for the past few days to send texts to Guyana, but they are not going through. On my end the texts appear to have gone through, but the recipients claim not to receive them.
Rogers is my cell phone provider and on their site it says text to the number using the following...

Seems a bit high for a nation of only $1,410 per capita GDP. Could it be the high rice production?
...and Belize too, for that matter.
