OK so i took the battery out to insert a new sim card, but I replaced the battery the wrong way and now I can't get it out to correct my mistake.

So I bought a new phone, the LG gw520 with t-mobile but of course, because it's not a tmobile phone, I don't get picture messages nor can I send them. I called T-mobile but they don't have the setting for it. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
