There is this one character in the Anime Yu Yu Hakusho that I absolutely think is awesome and would like to add to my favorite characters list, but I can't remember her name. She is the one announcer from the Dark Tournament arc.

I just bought the first and second DVD sets of the first half of the series. Is the second half just as good, not as good, worse, better? Any feedback would help.
