Well i need to make custom handle bars for my DR-Z70 as the diameter is 19mm and not 21mm so its annoying as the throttle setup etc wont fit! if i go to a shop and im not going to spend hundreds on a a new electric and throttle start.

when I tighten my handle bars the wedge piece keeps the handle bars from moving up and down but not side to side. I can't possible tighten it any more. is there something else I should be doing in order to keep it from moving side to side?
