I'm a hardgainer, and I wasjust wondering, how many sets and reps for each exercise should I do to build muscle in the most quick and efficient way possible?
are milkshakes ok for people with high metabolisms to gain weight? I am on a bulking diet but was curious about milkshakes..the a&w large choclate milkshake has nearly 1720 calories and 55 grams of protein with almost 50 grams of fat. would one of those a day be alright or no?
