    For hardgainers, how many sets and reps to build muscle?

    I'm a hardgainer, and I wasjust wondering, how many sets and reps for each exercise should I do to build muscle in the most quick and efficient way possible?

    are milkshakes an acceptable way for hardgainers to put on weight?

    are milkshakes ok for people with high metabolisms to gain weight? I am on a bulking diet but was curious about milkshakes..the a&w large choclate milkshake has nearly 1720 calories and 55 grams of protein with almost 50 grams of fat. would one of those a day be alright or no?
