shw wants to stay beside me and do? nothing all I want her to do is play inside is no problem but not enough room help

i am not interested in the "breed standards" for this dog - i don't care about "show quality" or "akc standards" i simply want to know if it is safe - his overbite is a little less than an inch long, his mouth fully closes but i wasn't sure if this would have any negative affect on his health.
