    pleas help!!BMW so i change the throttle cable and the cruse control cable

    because they snapped.? because they snapped. Now I'm having a hard time keeping the car running and now the service engine light is on the car stays on find for about 4min and then shots off what should I do.This is a 1995 BMW 740I V8 4.0 GASOLINE.
