hibernation

He's 5 years old, he hibernated last year in about September. I've just been looking around websites that have been saying if you leave it till September its too late. He doesn't seem ready yet he has been sleeping more, but today he ate a load of lettuce, so im gonna have to wait another month...

After the screen saver displays for awhile the computer won't "wake-up". I have to push and hold the power button to force a hard reboot. I have the computer set to not turn off the disk drives or go into hibernation. What could be causing the comp to get stuck?
