I just got one and it looks pretty fun. I know how to use it -- swing it around, and rotate your hips in a circular motion, but it falls down almost immediately. Do you have any tips on how to keep it up?
...trying it out but it left bruises...? I did it for about an hour and it's really good, it kept me energized and everything but it left bruises and they really hurt. Today is the second day and it hurts to bad to do it again. Is there a solution?
