I have just bought a 1999 focus and it seems to make a humming/whirring noise when you slow down and it does it in all the gears i think. its when the revs are at the 2 something mark. Hope that makes some sense. Please help as worried its something bad!!

When i am driveing i can hear it it sounds like its coming from the passenger side.its realy buggin me.
