It says to get a return receipt/delivery confirmation when I mail it. If I send it to the drop box location will I still be able to get a delivery confirmation from the post office? Or do I need to send it via express mail to get a return receipt/delivery confirmation?Not sure how this works.

and at what stage will I be able to request a work permit?

my American brother filed for me an i-130 form, and now it is under processing, I want to travel to America now to study and I will applying for f-1 visa for students, I’m afraid my i-130 will cause me problem, what shall I do?, is it better to cancel it or not?, please help!

Hi, currently I am staying in US with F1 Student Visa. I just confirmed that my I-130 got approved yesterday. With the proof of I-130 approval, can i apply for I-131 Travel Document and travel abroad? Thank you!
