I was wondering would I be able to just carry in an Iguana into Southwest Air when I fly back home? I understand that I'd have to pay for dogs and cats. Can I just carry it in a purse and stow them underneath my seat? - Thanx! :)

My iguana lives in front of a huge window and every morning there's spray all over it. Like whitish clear watery spray streaks all over the window. What exactly is it? Thanks.
