    Why does inhaling tobacco smoke give me heart pain, coughing, and dry throat...

    ...symptoms, but marijuana doesn't? Are the chemicals in tobacco extreme irritants to our body, but the smoke from ganja isn't? I quit tobacco products a few months ago and I've been smoking herbs everyday. I have not yet met any complications with ganja like I did with tobacco.

    ok, i have a few friends who smoke. 1 does not inhale, the 9 other do (i know! my school has a lot of smokers, and potheads) the 9 who smoke and inhale are addicted the 1 who does not is not. so is it possible to get addicted if you don't inhale?
