    Just had my car inspected and passed for safety and emissions...then sold the

    car. Does the new owner need to? I just sold my car shortly after it passed safety and emissions (less than a month ago in Utah). Does the new owner of the car have to get it recertified or will the current certification work? Thanks.

    getting a jeep inspected in Virgina if i live in Maryland?

    I have a jeep Cherokee that we rebuilt and welded in new floor boards. The floor boards were not welded to the frame...so they wont pass us..We were wondering if we could take the jeep to Virgina. We do have a vacation home there but we live in Maryland......Please help! Thanks
