I got a Compaq Presario CQ56 laptop, i know it has a webcam on it but when i pull up Youcam it says it isnt connected. Can someone tell me what to do to get it working.

the console is constantly saying i need to sevice the trailer brake system even with out a trailer hooked up.
when i connect a trailer w/brakes the system seems to work for about 10 seconds then go's back to the service message.
any help would be apreciated.
well i have the dell inspiron 1520 and i have a small bletooth light at the side of the laptop.. its not on.. but what i need to know is how to turn it on... plz heelpppp
