    Is there a free DVD ripper doesn't change a progressive DVD into interlace?

    I found many free DVD rippers that do what they are meant to do but they they change the video format into interlace. I am sure that my DVD recorder is recording in progressive because I changed the setting to which it records in through the setup menu.
