My PC is a compaq presario desktop. It has on front three multicolored rca jacks marked "audio". It doesn't say whether input or output. Can I play my dvd player through them? colors look like yellow red and green.

My tv does not have RCA jacks, but the digital converter box does. Can I connect dvd player up through these three red yellow green jacks?
