I download my ringtones and synch them to my phone, but it puts them in the music folder. How can I get them set as my ringtone?

HI! I really want to get this phone, ( the only reason being is that my parents won't let me get internet because they said that with a laptop that has internet and is in my room, a desktop in my room that has internet, and my ipod touch with internet, that I don't need a PHONE with internet )...
