Steve Nash was originally hopeful that he was only going to miss about a week. However, it sounds like he’s going to be out for a while longer. Nash, who suffered a left leg fracture, can’t jog yet and hasn’t been able to do anything on a basketball court yet.

I am 40 years old. How do I determine the pulse within which I should do a certain distance. Is it that I should not mind the time, distance or pace and worry only about staying in the safety zone of the pulse?
I jog with a mini-baseball bat and I was just wondering if it is a crime. I actually carry it in case a criminal or animal attempts to attack. Can I get in trouble for this? The baseball bat is about 1/3 of an actual MLB slugger. It's a Louisville Slugger so it still is sturdy.
I live in California.

Reading the top, which one is better in terms of building ur fitness and strength? Because if I did a 16k jog I wouldn't be able to do it, and if I did 8k on the bike it is not enough. I'm confused which one is better to do in terms of fitness and strengh?
i live in a good size town in the south, not huge like a city but also not a dinky little town you know and i love being in the country when i can get out there, but i don't mind the people walking as long as they're not in the middle of the street and i do see some that do get about 2 feet away...

What's equivalent to a 30 minute jog on an exercise bike? Like how long would you have to work out on the bike to be equivalent to a 30 minute jog? I jog in the summer but I would rather have an exercise bike to use throughout the winter. Thanks!
