Jow Gar Kung Fu with its punches, kicks, elbows, knees, sweeps and conditioning and Qin Na with its grappling and joint locks sounds alright to me. What do ppl think?
Is Jow Gar Kung Fu a good martial art for self defence? I want to add it alongside my Judo (Note i know both are complete!) Or would i do better learning Boxing or Muay Thai or MMA
