The k790i contacts are in .dbk format how do I send them to blackberry . Please provide actual links , I would highly appreciate your gesture .

I have sony ericsson k790i. In this I used to install games and play. (java) But now when I was playing my mobile suddenly switched off. When I switched on and went to games its showing error opening Applications and Games folders. Java files are not installing. Please help.
