I didnt like it becuase they didnt really spar and didnt only taught stupid stances and ways how to hit properly and you have to learn the katas to...
I've been ill and missed quite a lot of karate lessons. I want to re-learn/learn some katas so I'm wondering if anyone knows a websites that has instructions and videos for the katas. Please reply quickly as i don't have much time!
