    can 256 kbps download speed load hd youtube videos without pausing?

    i always go over my 20GB download usage allowance, and i get 512kpbs download speeds. it loads them fine, but i found a deal that has unlimited downloads but a 256kpbs download speed. i just wanted to know if it can load them fine, without pausing, just watching straight through.

    I already know 128 kbps is the standard audio quality for aac and mp3 files, 256 kbps for near CD quality. But, how much is actual CD quality?? I want a number.

    Will a 320 kbps mp3 play its bass more clearly on my car audio system? ?

    I doubt it's the bit rate. It's probably the recording. You would need really good speakers and a good ear to tell the difference between a bit rate in the high 100's and 320. I'd say it's nearly possible to tell a difference in anything above 256, and even lower than that should still yield...
