i lost old one. but i just bought the new remote but i can't figure out how to connect or sync the remote to the head unit.

tweeters are working and have....? gone over everything 5 times and checked it all out. Can someone please tell me what I may be doing wrong. The speakers are OEM. Please help!!!!!!
