I'm gonna go biking around my neighborhood (when the snow melts), it has a lot of hills.
What would be more effective?

im 16 m and wiegh 91 im 5ft 8 and i wanna lose ten 15 kilos to look slimmer and help mi health cause diabities runs in mi family and well i dont want it. so far ive stopped dinking soda and coffe and more water around ten glasses a day im beging to eat half of my lunch and tea and breakfast well...
