Thinking about placing dvd kiosk with touchscreen technology (just like redbox) at convenience stores and large apartment complex's. Charge $1.00 per night. Pro's and Con's?

How do you go about getting a location to put the kiosk,what is the location space rental fees,who fixs them when they break down?I have many questions and I'm hoping someone out there who owns one might be able to give me some heads up on DVD kiosk ownership.
