    Windows Movie Maker 2.6 stops working on startup after installing K-lite?

    I've uninstalled the codec that probably was responsible, but it still says "WMM 2.6 has stopped working..." and crashes right on startup. I can't open it in safe mode because safe mode turns off my audio (which wmm apparently hates). What do I do? I don't want to use any other program or...

    Will downloading a k-lite codec pack let me play region 2 dvd's on my computer?

    That's what the geek squad guy at Best Buy told me. Is there any way to make it region free?

    If I have K-lite package installed, do I still need DivX?

    Because my DivX likes give watermarks and windows keep telling there is a problem with my DivX. I have VLC player. So I do really use it to play videos. **K-Lite Codec Pack

    What is better DivX codecs or K-Lite codecs?

    I got this pop-up reading me this: Setup has detected that you have the DivX Bundle installed on your computer. The K-Lite Codec Pack is also able to install the DivX codecs. Would you like to uninstall the DivX Bundle? What are the pro and cons of getting K-Lite instead of DivX?
