i have a 5.5 inch hunting knife with me in my car for uses such as gutting fish, cutting things blah blah. it does not fold or anything. can i keep it in my car and not get in trouble for it at all?

In Canada, there is a restriction of carrying a concealed knife. But what defines concealed? What if its in your pocket, or on your belt but your shirt covers it? I couldn't find anything on it in the Criminal Code of Canada, I'm just looking for the specifics. Thanks.
