i have an LG cookie kp501 and i have connected the cord from my phone to my laptop so that i can upload videos to youtube or windows movie maker but when i look in my documents on the laptop i can only find the music not the videos help please

What is the difference between the lg kp500 and the lg kp501?

i've tried all suggestions, changing to the silent profile, going to the options, but nothing is working? Many thanks.

i really want to buy the lg kp501 and put it on my att pay as you go prepaid. the kp501 is the newer lg cookie and i wanted to make sure it would work well. and if not what other similar phones like it can i get. thank you. and if i t helps i live in PA, in the usa
