im trying to download skype. but im installing it from my computer and im signed in on my computer but when i click install it says "There are no Android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account." i dont understand, im new to android devices.

I recently got the kyros android tablet and I signed in and downloaded some apps. Now, a week or so later, I cannot access the market it just reads server error. I have reset both the tablet, my wireless connection on the tablet and the physical router. Any suggestions or is this just a server...
Its the MD70001 edition...and the applib will not work...also is there anyway to download the google media app because it has all the apps I want but even though my android is google search engine I do not have that app and I really need it at this point considering my applib is not working...
