    Younger Blues artists, such as Ray Lamontagne?

    I'm starting to get into Blues from a class I took. We studied music from 1930-present and covered A LOT of Delta Blues, Blues artists and the transition Blues took. I love Robert Johnson and the earlier Blues. Haven't found any "present" day blues artists that I really like. Ray Lamontagne...

    'Ray lamontagne' ,'Alexi Murdoch', 'Iron & Wine'..... Blues artists?

    Remember there are diferent style of blues,One guy played a faster type of blues and he said it was texas style and it sounded faster then I think of blues.
