is it possible and normal that depression can put a negative spin on a past event to make you think that you did something wrong..or something bad happened that was ur fault...even if it never happened at all?

I've been taking Lexapro for about 8 months and have pretty much no sex drive. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? Vitamins? Please help!
