lincoln ls 06 v8 22

Has anyone out ever had an LS on 22" wheels if so, what mods did you have to do. How was the ride, was it that bad that you could settle for 20" wheels? I know its a big difference between the 2 but i gotta hear if first hand form an LS owner,
