Tourism's (DCRT) Filter on an iOS device? ? I'm at a state park that has wifi but it has a web filter (supported by barracuda networks don't know if that helps) and it acts like smart filter not letting me download apps or get on YouTube. I've tried several proxies, but they don't seem to work...
