    How do I turn on the bluetooth on my Dell XPS M140 laptop !?

    I have the Dell XPS M140 laptop . I've been trying to find a way to turn on the bluetooth , but I keep failing :( Can someone help me ?!

    my dell m140 laptop cannot read the cd or dvd present in disk is there any

    drivers for it? when i insert the CD or DVD it cannot read it.the files present in it

    How do I turn off Bluetooth on my Dell XPS M140?

    I tried creating a LAN with it to link it with my PDA a few months ago, which turned out to not be supported. Now there's a PAN set up, disabled but apparently that doesn't mean the Bluetooth itself is disabled. Ever since then, my Bluetooth light has constantly been on. Any suggestions?
