I just Bought it today for $40 and i dont know what's wrong with it. When i connent the usb to my bluetooth, the red light stays red for like 3 seconds. That must mean it's charged but when i hold the call button, the light doesn't flash blue and red, it just stays the same. Please help!

My current bluetooth headset isn't cooperating well with my PS3. It says that I am transmitting sound, and people online can hear me, however I can't hear the others. It is not an issue with the volume, but any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
