    How can i reinstall Windows CE on my handheld scanner with model number mc3090bt?

    I just bought some old Motorola Symbol handheld scanners and they still have Dollar General's programs on it. I need to restore it to the regular Windows CE so i can use it personally. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)
