Is it one of those rare unique intellictual inventions, or is it a nothing situation, or propoganda crap with conflicting sources evading the direction of the credit in terms of the real creator of the innovation?

After getting to the top dance lounge, I can't seem to bubble bounce through the three rings on a single flight. How do I get past this?
