I am not looking for a complicated dish - no pies or lasagne or spagetti bolognaise...all I want to know is how to make a delicious but quick meal with mince meat....
So i bought British mince from tesco, now i know you can get steak mince as well, and is lean mince another type as well or is lean what i have, it doesn't say it's lean so maybe that is another strain altogether.
So i assume it goes, steak>>ordinary>>lean
So does steak mince taste better than...
Can I defrost mince meat in the microwave?
If so, how long for?
What happens if the meat starts to 'cook ' a little bit, is it still ok to continue cooking in a frying pan?
